Riesling is a German grape variety that has thrived in Australia's climate resulting in high quality grapes with lots of zest. Known for its fragrant bouquet and excellent food matching capabilities, Riesling is a refreshing option for any occasion.

HOW WE MAKE IT

The fruit is harvested in the cool of night and transported to the winery where it is pressed and clarified. Care is taken throughout this process to avoid oxidation. The clarified juice is fermented at low temperatures by a selected yeast strain to preserve fruit intensity and freshness. Cold storage helps maintain the wines youthful character. The wine is bottled at the Casella Family Winery in Yenda, New South Wales.

AROMA

A fragrant and floral aroma of lemon, citrus and peach combine to create a delicious fruit mix.

FLAVOUR

[yellow tail] Riesling is pale straw yellow color with green tinges. The palate comes to life with flavors of peach, lemon and green apple that provides some flesh to a backbone of fresh, mouth-watering acidity.
